This is an original application by William George Walker for admission to the State Bar of Arizona. Although Walker successfully completed the written examination, the State Bar Committee on Examinations and Admissions, with one member disagreeing, refused to certify him for admission to the practice of law. The failure to certify Walker as qualified to practice law is predicated upon the decision in Application of Levine, 97 Ariz. 88, 397 P.2d 205 (1964), where this Court held that if there is doubt as to whether an applicant has established his good moral character, it is the duty of the…
