APPLICATION OF REX L. FARMER. Rex L. Farmer was one of the applicants for license to practice law in this State at the January examination, held in the city of Raleigh on Monday, 25 January, 1926. Before entering upon the examination and sometime prior thereto, said applicant was notified of a protest on file in the clerk's office against the issuance of a license to him, on the ground that "he is not a citizen of upright character."
