Appeal from an order of the County Court of Saratoga County (Williams, J.), entered April 6, 1993, which, inter alia, granted defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
On or about July 7, 1953, plaintiffs entered into an agreement with Edith Bills to purchase certain real property located in the Town of Providence, Saratoga County, upon the payment of $1,500 at the rate of $25 per month for 60 months.
