Plaintiff Shannan D. Rojas (“Rojas”) appeals the dismissal of numerous claims asserted against Wells Fargo Bank (“Wells Fargo”), Home Loan Corporation (“HLC”), HSBC Bank (“HSBC”), Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems (“MERS”), Wendy Alexander (“Alexander”), and Barrett Daffin Frapier Turner and Engel, L.L.P.
