*826Plaintiffs Rajesh M. Shah, Matt Brierley, Eric Levy and UFCW Local 1500, which I'll refer to in this opinion as either "Shah" or "plaintiffs", bring this putative securities fraud class action on behalf of themselves and all other similarly situated individuals who bought shares in Zimmer Biomet Holdings, Inc. ("ZBH") during a specified period. ZBH is a publicly traded company that manufactures medical devices, based in Warsaw, Indiana.
