PERRY, Judge:

The appellant was convicted by a general court-martial at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, of taking indecent liberties with two females, both of whom were under the age of 16 years, in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 934. He was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge and confinement at hard labor for 6 months, and the sentence was approved by the convening authority.
