A general court-martial composed of officers sitting at Fort Hood, Texas, convicted appellant of a charge of conduct unbecoming an officer and gentleman, in violation of Article 133, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 933. The single specification alleged that he “did ... wrongfully commit an indecent, lewd, and lascivious act with Specialist Five Mariko H.
