FLETCHER, Chief Judge:
The appellant’s court-martial resulted in his conviction of two specifications of failing to report contact with persons believed by him to be agents of governments hostile to the United States and one specification of attempted espionage, in violation of Articles 92 and 134, respectively, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 892 and 934. The appellant challenges the validity of his conviction on several grounds.
