THE COURT.

Petitioners, electors and taxpayers of the City of San Jose, seek a writ of mandate to compel the City Clerk of the City of San Jose to remove from the ballot for the city’s election, to be held on April 13, 1971, an initiative measure repealing the city’s utility tax ordinance.
