COCHRAN, District Judge.
This cause is before me on demurrer to. the bill.
It is a suit for the specific performance of a contract for the sale' of certain real estate on Elkhorr; creek and its tributaries, in Letcher county, Ky., and within this district, alleged to have been made on or *197about September 20, 1910, by the defendants with one D. V. Lowther. The consideration to be paid for the land covered by the contract was the sum of $2,080.
