Reversing.

Pursuant to an ordinance regularly passed, an election was held on November 6,1906, in the city of Murray, by which the sense of the qualified voters was taken as to whether the council should issue and sell bonds of the city to the amount of $19,500 for the purpose of purchasing, installing, and maintaining a system of electric lights and waterworks in the city.
