The appeal is from the order denying a new trial and from the judgment entered upon the findings of the court.

Plaintiff brought the action to. determine the adverse claims of defendant to three platted lots also describing them by metes and bounds. Defendants disclaimed, except Albertina Siedow, who by her answer claimed ownership and possession of certain land by metes and bounds. It appears that for 13 years prior to suit the record title to lots 23, 24 and 25, block 1, of Edward Berreau’s Addition to West St. Paul has been in plaintiff who paid all taxes levied thereon; and that for over…
