Ejectment for the possession of a forty-acre tract of land. Plaintiff recovered in the court below, and defendant appealed from an order denying a new trial.
The facts are short. Plaintiff has the paper or legal title to the land, having acquired the same by purchase from the Winona Land Company, which company obtained title by purchase from the Winona & St. Peter Kailroad Company.
