Plaintiffs-appellants Van Wintz and Jill Wintz, both individually and on behalf of their daughter Jessica (the ‘Wintzes”), appeal the district court’s order granting the jointly-filed motion for summary judgment of defendants-appellees Northrop Corporation (“Northrop”) and Eastman Kodak Company (“Kodak”).
