This appeal is prosecuted by Acie Bigpond, plaintiff in the trial court, from a ruling of the trial court sustaining a general demurrer to the petition of the plaintiff, and granting judgment "on the cross-petition filed by the defendants.

The first question necessary for our consideration is whether the trial court committed error in sustaining the demurrer to the petition.

That a general demurrer admits truth of all facts well pleaded and all inferences which may be reasonably drawn therefrom, is a well-established rule of law. See Johansen Bros. Shoe Co. v. Bennett, 173 Okla.…
