DECISION AND ORDER
VICTOR MARRERO, District Judge.
Plaintiffs Chris DiFilippo (“DiFilippo”), Michael Kraft (“Kraft”), Aubrey Johnson (“Johnson”), and Gentree Van Blake (“Van Blake”) (collectively, “Plaintiffs”), brought this action against defendant Barclays Capital, Inc. (“Barclays”), their former employer. Plaintiffs allege that Barclays improperly classified Plaintiffs as exempt from overtime requirements, in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq. (“FLSA”) and DiFilippo additionally alleges a violation of N.Y. Lab. Law § 650 et seq. (“New York Labor Law”).…
