_JjThis is a case involving the mineral rights to two tracts of property in Van Burén County. The appellants are Ronald E. Mauldin and Pamela D. Mauldin, and they own title to the surface of both tracts. The Mauldins filed a complaint against appellees Danny Snowden, Sheila Snow-den, Darrell K. Flory, Martha K. Flory, Petrohawk Operating, Inc., and Chesapeake Exploration, LLC, requesting a judgment against the defendants for title in the minerals.
