The plaintiff in this civil case, Salim Bilal-Edwards, filed a six-count complaint against the defendants, the United Planning Organization (“UPO”) and two individuals, De Angelo Rorie and Andrea Thomas, alleging claims of wrongful termination, negligence, extreme and outrageous conduct, hostile work environment, and retaliation under the Whistleblower Protection Act, 5 U.S.C. § 2302(b) (2006), and violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-634 (2006).
