—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Mastro, J.), rendered December 19, 1994, convicting him of murder in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The 14-year-old defendant was convicted of intentional second-degree murder as a result of his shooting of a 16-year-*380old boy who tragically happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.
