This is an action to compel the specific performance of a contract and for an accounting and money damages. The action was commenced by an Order of Attachment dated October 14, 1975, at-' taching $8,000. of the funds of defendantFairfield County Co., Ltd. and $486,000. of the funds of the defendant Incontrade, Inc.
