EDELSTEIN, District Judge.
This is an action arising out of an accident in which plaintiff sustained serious injuries when he was pinned between the rear of his car and the front of a taxicab. Jurisdiction is predicated on diversity of citizenship. Plaintiff is a resident of New Jersey and defendants are, with the exception of Ford Motor Company, all residents of New York. Ford Motor Company is a resident of Michigan. The moving defendants are Edwin Ackerman, Janith Ackerman, Samuel T.
