On Objections to Interrogatories.
Under authority of Rule 33, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, 28 U.S.C.A. following section 723c, the plaintiff filed interrogatories to be propounded to the defendants, Mrs. Richard Hardy and Ellis C. Soper.
The service of the interrogatories on both defendants was had on November 10, 1939. Mrs. Hardy did not answer the interrogatories and made objections to certain ones, which objections were filed on March 6, 1940.
