HOWE, Justice:

This appeal arises out of an action by Penelko, Inc., the owner of a theater, *1232against the defendants Price Rentals, Inc. (Price), John Price Associates, Inc., and C. F. Malstrom and Alvin Malstrom for an injunction and for damages resulting from an alleged breach of lease and/or tortious interference with Penelko’s theater business. John Price Associates, Inc., and C. F. and Alvin E. Malstrom were found as a matter of law to have no liability to plaintiff for any acts or conduct of Price in connection with plaintiff’s lease and the complaint was dismissed as to them. After an…
