GUTIERREZ, Judge.

Larry Veri Dolsby appeals from the judgment entered upon his conditional guilty plea to unlawful possession of a firearm while reserving the right to appeal the district court’s denial of his motion to present evi*353dence on the defense of misfortune. We affirm.
