Defendant-Appellant Service Employees International Union, Local 47 (“Local 47”) appeals a decision of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio granting summary judgment in favor of Plaintiff-Appellee Raceway Park, Inc. and Toledo Maumee Raceways, Inc. (collectively “Raceway”), holding that a dispute under the parties’ collective bargaining agreement was inarbitrable, and denying Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment, which sought to compel arbitration of the said dispute.
