A deposit of '$3,585.58 in the Central Slaving® Bank of Baltimore, to the credit of Hattie Bi Bdrton at the time of her death, is the subject of this litigation. The account was opened on February 1st, 1924, with funds transferred from one in the same bank which stood in the name of Hattie B. Burton “in trust for herself and Louis Schaefer, joint owners, subject to the order of either, the balance at the death .of either to belong to the survivor.” The money which had been so deposited was derived, on September 2Yth, 1923, from an .account which…
