Georgia Gelston Jones, a resident of Baltimore City, died ■on July 21th, 1928, leaving a duly executed will which was executed on December 28th, 1891, and which devised and bequeathed her property. The administration of her estate was substantially accomplished, with the exception of several disputed claims, and certain devises and bequests about which there was controversy. In order to obtain a construction of the will and to make the distribution under the control and with the guidance of a court of equity, the executor filed a bill of complaint,…
