The plaintiff amusement company, a corporation, sought in the superior court for King county an injunction restraining the defendant city and its constituted authorities from interfering with the operation of a public dance hall maintained by the amusement company in pursuance of a license granted by the city under its Ordinance No. 48022, providing for the licensing and regulation of public dance halls and other places of public amusement.
