Before the Court is defendants’ Metropolitan Life Insurance Company (“Met-life”) and Metlife Options and Choices Plan No. 512 (the “Plan”) (collectively the “Met-life defendants”) motion to dismiss [14] plaintiff Karen Novick’s claims for denied and unpaid benefits under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 1001, et seq.
