On October 1, 2009, the Plaintiffs Joseph Sciascia, A1 Dooley, Fred Eisgrub, and Fred Jordan, as Trustees of the Special and Superior Officers Benevolent Association Defined Contribution Fund (“SSOBA Fund” or “the Plaintiffs”), commenced this action against the Defendant Rochdale Village, Inc.
