MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
RICHARD L. SPEER, Bankruptcy Judge.
This cause comes before the Court upon the Motion for Relief From Stay filed by National Tire Wholesale, Inc., NTW Dealership, Inc., and NTW, Inc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as NTW). The Court has conducted a Hearing on this Motion, at which it heard the testimony and received the evidence offered by both the Debtor-In-Possession and NTW.
