BACKGROUND OF THE PROCEEDINGS
Gainesville P-H Properties (“GPHP”), the Debtor, filed its Petition under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code on March 16, 1987. On March 20, 1987 Days Inns of America Franchising, Inc.
