MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This cause comes before the Court upon the Motion for Approval of Settlement Agreement with Arthur Young & Compa ny, filed by the Trustee in this case, and the Objections to that Motion filed by Charles and Mary McKenny (hereinafter the McKennys), J.
