OPINION

LANKFORD, Judge.

First Phoenix Realty Investments (“First Phoenix”) brings this special action to challenge the jurisdiction of the superior court to appoint a receiver in a nonjudicial foreclosure action. We accept jurisdiction be cause the question presented is an issue of law of statewide significance. See City of Flagstaff v. Mangum, 164 Ariz. 395, 397, 793 P.2d 548, 550 (1990); Summerfield v. Superior Court, 144 Ariz. 467, 469, 698 P.2d 712, 714 (1985).
