The issue here is whether an equity receiver of a corporate entity may assert fraudulent transfer causes of action that are assertable by creditors of the receivership entity without any such specific authority in the order appointing the receiver, or assignments of those causes of action by creditors. The Court concludes the receiver may not assert such causes of action.
