This is an appeal by the plaintiffs from a decree of the circuit court which was entered in a suit instituted for the following purposes: (a) to correct the description of a parcel of real property contained in a contract wherein the plaintiffs undertook to purchase that property from two of the defendants, H. E. Shirley and his wife, Ruth; (b) to recover a judgment against the three defendants (the Shirleys and C. Q-.
