MEMORANDUM OPINION

BACKGROUND
On August 18, 1985 1 , fourteen employees of the St. Louis Globe-Democrat, Inc. (Globe) filed an Involuntary Creditors’ Petition in Bankruptcy pursuant to Chapter 11 of Title 11, United States Code. 2 Initially, the Debtor had filed its Answer denying the allegations of the involuntary petition and requested that it be dismissed. Subsequently, on September 26 the Debtor filed an Amended Answer in which it consented to the entry of an order for relief.
