DECISION ON MOTION FOR APPOINTMENT OF REORGANIZATION TRUSTEE
JEROME FELLER, Bankruptcy Judge.
Before the Court is a motion of the Creditors’ . Committee requesting the appointment of a Chapter 11 trustee pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1104(a). Section 1104(a) provides for appointment of a trustee for cause, including fraud, dishonesty, incompetence or gross mismanagement, or if such appointment is in the interests of the parties.
