This matter came on for hearing on January 3, 9, 16 and 17, 1980 upon the complaint filed herein on January 2, 1980 by Plaintiff Michael Dardarian which prayed, among other things, for the appointment of a trustee pursuant to Section 1104 of the Bankruptcy Code.
