The declaration in this case alleges that while the plaintiff was in the defendant’s railroad station in Atlantic City, New Jersey, waiting as a passenger to board a train upon which he was to1 travel to Baltimore, Maryland, he was pushed from the station platform under a moving train and seriously injured as a result of the defendant’s negligence.
