This is a negligence case. Suit was brought by Charles H. Amrhine against the Vonderhorst Brewing Company of Baltimore, a body corporate, and the Maryland Brewing Company of the same city, also a body corporate, to recover damages for injury to himself and to his personal property, which was sustained by him in consequence of the alleged negligence of the servants of the two corporations, in driving a heavy brewery wagon into the wagon of the appellee.
