This case is before the Court on the petition of the National Labor Relations Board, pursuant to Section 10(e) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended, 29 U.S.C. § 151 et seq., for enforce ment of its order issued March 27, 1969, against Douglas & Lomason Co., respondent herein. The Board’s decision and order are reported at 175 NLRB No. 18 (1969). No jurisdictional issue is presented.

The unfair labor practices, upon which the Board’s order is grounded, occurred during an organization campaign in January and February of 1968 at respondent’s Marianna, Arkansas…
