Before the Court is the Complaint of the Estate of Stanford Harris (the “Plaintiff’) seeking an Order denying the discharge of the debtor William Dawley (“Defendant” or “Dawley”) pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(2)and (a)(4) and alternatively seeking an exception from discharge of the Defendant’s debt to the Plaintiff pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(4).
