MEMORANDUM OPINION
ERIC L. FRANK, Bankruptcy Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION
This adversary proceeding involves a Pennsylvania state court judgment entered nearly seven (7) years ago in favor of George P. Viener (“Viener”) against Neal M. Jacobs (“the Debtor”). The judgment is in the amount of approximately $1.2 million in compensatory damages and $1 million in punitive damages. The judgment was based on the state court’s determination that the Debtor breached his fiduciary duty to Viener, a minority shareholder in certain corporations in which the Debtor also had an interest. 1 The state court found the…
