MANION, Circuit Judge.
Sears, Roebuck, and Company petitions for review of a decision of the National Labor Relations Board (“NLRB” or “Board”) holding that Sears violated 29 U.S.C. §§ 158(a)(1) and (a)(3) by firing John Iaci, Corliss Hepburn, and Cordy Richardson for their protected union activities. Sears requests that we deny enforcement of the Board’s order that the three be reinstated and otherwise compensated. The General Counsel of the NLRB cross-petitions for enforcement.
