The former wife appeals from a decree, in an action for partition 1 brought by her in 1983, which ordered her to convey her interest in the property to her ex-husband. We affirm.

We relate the facts as found by the judge supplemented by uncontradicted evidence in the record. In 1967, the husband and wife purchased the property in question as tenants by the entirety, the total purchase price of $13,500 having been financed by a bank mortgage.
