SWANSTROM, Judge.

Desert Irrigation brought suit in the district court upon written and oral contracts to collect money claimed to be due for the construction of irrigation pipelines for defendants. Defendants counterclaimed for crop losses and other damages allegedly due to completion delays and faulty construction. Following a jury trial, judgment was entered in favor of Desert Irrigation on its claims against each defendant.
