This is an appeal from a judgment revoking an order of the Probate Court approving a sale of certain real property in the estate of Mary Rago and remanding the case to the Probate Court for the purpose of a resale.
The basic facts are not in dispute. The sole heirs of the Mary W. Rago estate are three children of the decedent, one of whom, the named defendant Francis J. Rago, is the administrator of the estate and one of whom, Margaret R. Satti, is the plaintiff. The assets of the estate included two pieces of real property.
