EVERETT, Senior Judge:

In May and June of 1988, a general court-martial with members tried Greer at the Naval Legal Service Office in Subic Bay, Republic of the Philippines. Appellant pleaded not guilty to the numerous charges against him; but he was convicted of three specifications of theft of government aircraft parts and three specifications of wrongful sale of the same property, in violation of Articles 121 and 108, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 921 and 908, respectively.
