This is an appeal from a judgment for plaintiffs, Dennis Murphree and others, in an action to quiet title to land and to cancel a deed executed by the State Land Commissioner of the State of Arkansas to defendant Anderson-Tully Company, in so far as it purports to convey the land in controversy.
